This parallax recipe with require looping fast clouds in the foreground and slow clouds in the background. You will learn to keep track of different spacings happening at the same time.
"Spacing is Speed" (Recipe 4 White Hat) skills will be tested. Like the waves in the boat parallax, the clouds in front will be spaced wide between frames, and the clouds in the background will require many more pictures. Fast motion and slow motion at the same time!

Looping the clouds with fast motion and slow motion spacing demonstrates the animator's ability to account for depth perception in a 2D space. This is an illusion of perspective in motion. The beginning animator begins to think about the POV of the camera.
